when i say that planet earth is slavishly living out armageddon's script i am scorned for being over dramatic. when i say we are made in nature's image (trademark, roundness) i am a non believer (yet our many true faiths respect and idolise nature and life) when i say i'm not from this planet but a parallel dimenson, some people groan, bored or irritated. when i say i have my own invented faith where the world is alive, conscious and creative and our part in nature's chain as it's children, is as guardians, i am a pontificating idiot.
i admit, i AM all these things, yet my faith is unshakeable. even when it is cloudy i truly believe that the sun and moon are there. the sky is my gift of the greatest and most priceless (i.e. free) piece of art. music is a communication of nature as old as wind, bird song and sea spray. name something older, larger and more powerful than nature and i will change faith. where is paradise? look down from a plane...
in our all-providing creator's image (rounded, mostly of water) it is the wave length and power of the music world that constantly inspires me to be outsane. when i admit i am uncool, people are horrified. when i say i know nothing about music, people give knowing smiles as if i'm saying it for effect. all i know is that it moves me. some of us wouldnt last five minutes in a pop quiz and can't sing for toffee but could still spot potential stars.
we are all unique and some of us really do have their own planet. mine is a real world. i crossed over to this parallel dimension in december 1998 and have followed a magic, yellow brick road with an amazing rock n roll sound track ever since. i don't give a fug if nobody believes me. i just experience the story unfolding all around me. i really am a love pirate. i live in the time zone city of planet water. it has a long history of pirates which the local pirates of today and their friends have commandeered for rock'n'roll. honest.
so section me, ignore us or join us on this swashbuckling adventure. planet water believes that music is the key to a future for the human race.
